RETURN POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

All artworks, ceramics, and jewelleries are unique and handcrafted with great care. Since all products are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, special return conditions apply.

ARTWORKS and CERAMICS

  • All paintings and ceramic pieces are handmade and unique.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged.

JEWELLERIES

  • All jewellery is made specifically for each customer upon order.

  • For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Send an email to info@malenebirgersworld.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • We will assess the situation and offer either a replacement or a refund.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 2 years.

COLOURS and SHADES

Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, and smartphones the color of the artworks or any kind of product shown on our website may vary slightly from the original item.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

The original artworks can vary slightly in their outlook. Since Mrs. Birger´s ARTWORKS sometimes consist of many layers, the paper can seem lightly crinkled or not completely flat and perfect as a printed poster.

When framing the ARTWORK, it will straighten in case of a slightly uneven surface. All ARTWORKS are handmade originals (naturally) and painted in her studio and has therefore been through an artistic process.
